This morning there were 8 contest threads on the top of the page, and a few more in the middle/buttom. WTF? :BangBang

No real webmasters post in these huge threads. Only bostbots and postwhores.

Well I'm a real webmaster, and I post in contest threads. I won about $300 in contest threads in 2008.

I know what you mean, people get desensitized to those after a while. Maybe the flow could be managed to a reasonable level if the rules were changed to allow only affiliates that have sent sales to participate. Just a suggestion.

they should change the gfy rules for contest threads, winners can only be webmasters with accounts with them, and their accounts get credited, and when the min payout is reached, they will get payment.

it will work well for both people, traffic and the people posting to work harder.

people who post in the contests use bots and have 4-5 nicks each.

its the same guy
ur only allowed to win once in this contest, yet every 10 guys won in the first few pages, and continued to waste 10 hours more of their day posting so their other accounts could win

they should change how the contests are, not bumping it to 1000 or even 4000, have some soert of unique contest, without all the mass bumping, people need to think outside of the box.

these contests are getting out of hand.

guessing games, photoshop contests, something other than a bump to 1000-5000, its getting nuts, when the people that post in these threads, you havent even heard of if you are a regular poster, then you view their history, and most of them have never posted outside of a contest thread.
