Let's say I'm trying to score high for the keyword "ebony ass". Would registering the keywords backwards give you any advantage? In this case it would be "ass-ebony.com".

IMO it will give an advantage over a domain like "black-butts.com" but still of course "ebony-ass.com" or "ebonyass.com" is best
That said going "ebony-ass-porn.com" might still be better than "ass-ebony.com"
