IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING A CCBILL SYSTEM5 SERVICE MAINTENANCE WINDOW

We will perform a CCBill System5 Service Maintenance on Wednesday February 4, 2009 from 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. Mountain Standard Time.

During this four-hour window:

* Client Users may experience intermittent connectivity issues while accessing their stats and tools from the System5 Admin.

* Consumer Users may also experience intermittent connectivity issues with viewing their subscription details from the CCBill Consumer Support Web site.

Transactional processing and transaction data should not be affected by this maintenance.
