The d/load page says that it uses whatever proxy you have set in IE ... I've never tried, so I cant vouch for whether it works or not ... Handy little tool though, when you have it configured etc

Just tryed that seems to be working. Only reason I want to go thru a proxy is to catch people redirecting by country and geo targeting.
