i have a brother 5150 monochrome laser. it was great i loved it.the toner ran out i went with aftermarket toner.Now it jams if I try to print from the paper tray but if I print from the single paper feed it works. could it be the aftermarket toner?

Perhaps there is some paper bits in the feed and it's jamming.might just need a good cleaning with a air hose -

im so proud of myself. i took out the toner and saw a shit load of paper was jammed in there. i figured it doesn't work now so if i break it trying to fix it oh well. i started taking it apart,carefully watching where the screws came from. Got all the paper out and got it all together.And I will be damned it works now.
