Best software for making Screen grabs

from video? Apparently frame shots is awesome - a free one however is ImageGrabber

I particularily like it for the contact sheets you can make, that's awesome when sorting out your content.

I just use ScreenGrab, it's a firefox add on... works pretty well for me
