Hello everyone,
I am one of the techs at Hosthybrid.com. 2 hdisks crashed simulataneously today on srv1.hosthybrid.com and srv6.hosthybrid.com. We didn't see it coming but thankfully we have everything backed up as of the way they were this morning. People on those 2 servers will be down for about 3 more hrs or less. When we come back up, everything would be the way it was before. No loss of files or settings. We apologize for the inconvenience and everyone affected would be getting double transfer for the next month.
So if you purchased 40Gb bandwith, we would up it to 80GB for next month at no extra cost.
Once again we are terribly sorry. Right now all we can do is wait a few hrs for the servers to come back online and like i said before, you would all be given double bandwith next month.
For the new clients, your accounts will be up in the next few hours on our other servers. It just took this long since we have been battling with this problem the whole day.
We sent an email to all users about this problem but most of you dont have your correct/active emails on file. We also ask that all of you login to your cpanel and update your email address as this would make it easier for us to contact everyone.
