    I was coked out of my mind one New Year's Eve 10 years ago and everyone around me was making resolutions, so I decided to quit smoking Cigarettes. Right than and there. Have tried smoking a few times since and it makes me sick.

    My buds...I will never quit smoking.

              I used the over the counter Commit pills.

              Once you get past the need to physically step out side to have a smoke and stop carrying your lighter around, it's easy.

              I started smoking over Christmas and when I got back home I decided to quit again. I'm back on the pills. No bigger.

                  After MANY failed attempts. I managed to quit by not having a drag at all. I was tempted to have "just a puff" many times, but I knew if I had that one drag, I'd lose the battle.

                  Stay strong and do it one day, hour, minute or second at a time

                    Havent smoked since AVN because of this www.Njoy.com I swear to god its working!!!! Bought it at the show put it in the bag and forgot it, got home used it and havent stopped. I was a 2 pack a day smoker. Ive been using it less and less each day so I really feel its working.
