i recently started a new company and i am planning on starting to shoot for my first sologirl site next week. before i shoot anything though i need some 2257 forms and model release forms. at first i was going to get my own drawn up by an attorney but a couple of people have told me they got their forms from other companies and just slightly edited them to fit their needs. if anyone would be willing to share their 2257 forms and model release forms with me it would be greatly appreciated. i understand many of you might have concerns about doing this. i am not the kind of person to point fingers at you if something ever did happen. and i will still take the forms to an attorney to have them double checked after i edit them. as you all know i would save a ton of money if i didn't have my attorney draw them up himself. i also looked into buying the forms online but i wasn't completely comfortable doing that especially with the new regulations i have been hearing about.
