Looks okay as far as being centered and everything. Not very interesting though... too bland in color. Menu on the left took some time to load.

56K dialup (from Yugoslavia) = 33K in good case.
It looks ok, but the loading time was too long (partially my fault, but I don't know what's your target audience).. You might consider dropping the left flash menu and inserting a regular graphic/mouseover or a txt based one...

Loaded fine for me from UK, "main text" kept me busy while header loaded, then that dazzled me while menu loaded - but go with the html menu like suggested for speed, i'd say.

The flash logo at the top makes me dizzy

Looks pretty good, but replace the flash menu with text links or plain old buttons. For some reason the flash menu took forever to load, plus search engines don't pick up the links through flash menus. If you submit your main page to a search engine and you have your navigation in regular html, then it will find all your pages.
