Can anyone tell me how this works. It says on the page that you get 10 points per signup, but my stats says I have 0 points eventhough I have had 2 signups this period.

you can use points to pay for the shipping to Canada

but you will still have to pay duty fees

I signed up with them a couple of weeks ago and although I've made 10 sales I also have 0 rewards points. I emailed 2 different people there and have so far been ignored. Maybe they just suck.

Regarding your issue, I've had that happen a few times before. Sales that are processed a certain way don't get points...I forget which.
