all i know is i have used both hosts in thread title, the big circle was quicker with gwh.

If the thread is about baddog's ability or service compared to everyone else on earth , i would say they are a dime a dozen just as most people are including myself, the proof is in the pudding i.e. details though but..

Sure you can always cut out a middleman if you are prepared , sometimes you are in over your head.

As far as the hosting, have you ever used it ?
If you haven't then it would be silly to try and guess the quality or service.
I have used both dreamhost and gotwebhost and if baddog spends all day wasting his time neglecting his clients then dreamhost must be on a rowboat because gotwebhost has always answered my questions within minutes and i never had any issues with them whatsoever.

I've had mysql issues and slow sites at times not to mention the control panel was buggy with the IP's... within a day things were usually fixed after I put in a ticket. But overall they didn't quite live up to my expectations, however I did like working with the owners as they are nice trustworthy people....

I use GWH for a batch of my sites.

Ever so helpful in the transfer.

So many of you only see Lloyd as GWH. Especially people questioning his SEO skills. Lloyd isnt there for SEO... his partner is. He may know some basics dealing with SEO hosting, but i get the feeling he has learned what he knows of SEO from his partner. I could be wrong there, but i dont think I am.

Ive never had an issue yet with GWH. Its only been a few months so I cant give you a long track record of services provided from them, but I can assure that everything so far has been above par.

I proudly host with Gotwebhost.com and Mojohost.com - two hosts that have NEVER given me ANY negative thoughts about their business.

No, his hosting still sucks, he charges outrageous prices for the label of "SEO". Ask any host, the multiple class C IP's can be added to almost any hosting account for a few extra bucks a month. He's a sham.

i just contacted dreamhost to find out if this is true or not.

dreamhost doesnt even offer multiple c class ip's you cant compare the 2. They quoted $500/yr for 10 ip's on the same block thats close to $50 a month just for the ip's on the same block. that doesnt even incluse the hosting.

You are not paying for bandwidth, you are paying for DEDICATED IP's on multiple Class C's. If you want 5 SHARED IP's on multiple Class C's, with 50 GB of bandwidth it is $30.

For the record, out of the hundreds of customers we have I can probably count on one hand the number of people that found our bandwidth allocation to be insufficient. SEO's aren't exactly known for burning up the bandwidth.
