CC Bill having issues

I contacted CC Bill because our affliate tracking codes were not being shown correctly to our affiliates. I just got a response that it seems to be a CC Bill issue that is affecting alot of their clients. They don't have a timeline for fixing the bug.

Anyone else in the same boat?

This is what the work around is from tech support:

This is an issue effecting several affiliates currently. Our resolution teams are aware of this bug and working on a fix. At this time I am unable to offer an estimated time for resolution.
Until the matter is resolved all that you will need todo is make the link reflect the following:

Seriously though, I feel your pain. Their stats reporting has been having intermittent issues for months. Overall a good company though.

Yeah it is a pain in the ass for sure.

We have a team of 100 telesales girls that are trying to get going. And this is not helping things.

BTW love the open offer. But I could work around that if I was a affiliate :P
