Chokers webmasters site - login problems?

Anyone else having problems logging into Chokers site, or is it me??? Haven't been to his site in awhile and wondering how the PayPal crap will affect his program. Like the option of buying traffic from him.

I am at this time under the impression that this paypal change will not affect me. If it does of course I will provide other means of paying out people and accepting money.
