XML file?? format it??

ok i exported my domains with namecheap.. its in xml format.. i was hoping for .csv so i can just copy the list into an email..

I got this format:
<?xml version="1.0" ?>
- <root>
<export-date-time>12/17/2008 6:19:18 PM</export-date-time>
<type>Namecheap Domain List Export</type>
- <domains>
- <domain>
<domain-name>XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.com</domain-name>


How do i sort this into an easy to read format where i can just copy the name

How much domains do you have in that xml?
Pay someone couple of bucks and they will copy/paste them out of the xml into excell or notepad...
