So I got an idea... Whenever you see someone on GFY promoting email lists using a Hotmail (or other free mail services) account, if you hate SPAM, send a complaint to Hotmail abuse with a link to the thread in question.

If nothing else, they might close the email account off and piss the spammer off as well
