Way 3 - Dedicated Server Setup Issues

I have ordered a new dedicated server from Way 3 a few hours ago but no Emails or any communication.

Their contact link is 404 : https://way3.com/customers/contact.php

Have I made a huge mistake in choosing them?

There is a 1-800 number on the main page.

Also a big peel saying welcome to the new site. That leads me to believe the contact link just wasnt updated on whichever page you got it from, the one from the main page footer seems to load.

I have been MORE than sorted out by Chris at Way 3, Original server sold out but have tripled my original spec!

The guy seems to be ok but I believe he is just a reseller hosted at mojohost. Not that that is really a bad thing.

I've done great business with Chris at Way3. His prices are good, and he down;t mind helping if its needed. I have never had a problem getting ahold of him either by phone, or icq.
