Open source webcast software?

I'm looking for some open source webcast software + server (or one that works with say, Red5)....

i'm looking for the the whole deal, so i can webcast a small live event without relying on third parties.. and as cost effective as possible, it's not like a big event.

Any direction would be appreciated

The source code is there to download, I believe they sell "bundle packages" that include hosting and support services.
