Help I'm addicted ?

to caffeine. I have known this for sometime now. However today it really hit me. Before I come into the office I stop at the coffee shop on the way and get my daily 3 shots of espresso over ice with a shot of hazel nut. Ok not so bad....but in the 1.5 blocks I walk from the coffee shop to the office I pass by the Deli. Well today I ran in and got a RED BULL....this is after 3 shots of espresso.......!!!

Needless to say those of you who have worked with me know......RAM on Caffeine can be a little hard to handle

Well being as I have admitted my Addiction I would guess there is no problem right...!!

I mean is that not what you have alway's heard "Denial is a sign off Addiction" so in this case there is no problem. Other than for the people who have to put up with me when I drink this much.

yeah caffeine is a bad thing. It makes your body release glucose into the bloodstream. like sugar.

ive stopped drinking it for awhile now.

no more sugar, no caffeine.

cafeine makes me really hyper and adds to anxiety.

the average american consumes like 300g of caffeince a day, and the body should only get about 50g.

Youd be amazed at what caffeine does, my anxiety and over all sleeping paterns, groggyness, headaches, are all gone.
