their support for dedicated servers have been taken up to 14 hours don't know what they have done but their support has really went to shit on the dedicated side, so much that it maybe time to find another host! *shrugs*

This is why I love National Net.... I think they have a five minute promise to respond to tickets. They just fucking rock.
Here's a way to test your hosting company.... Call them up at 3am their time and see if anyone picks up the phone.

like alibgone said above, nat net may have been ok but now they are simply an over priced average host, and in fact has had more downtime than just about any other host including webair.

Live Chat or call phone ??? Thanks Gerard, I should of used my brain that day instead of getting pissed and huffy and puffy didnt think about the chat or phone so I will take back what I said and say I am sorry for the remarks.
