      What is your issue? Iframe and javascript embeds on all your html files? Been happening on my virtual webair account for a year ... :/

            their support for dedicated servers have been taken up to 14 hours don't know what they have done but their support has really went to shit on the dedicated side, so much that it maybe time to find another host! *shrugs*

                yes i have sent in support tickets but they don't seem to get answered fast. my sites been down for almost a week now and still no explanation or nobody contacting me.

                    Bloggerz I see you have a ticket open and it's been replied to. ICQ message has also been sent to you. Please hit me up so I can assist you further and also keep in mind you can escalate a support ticket at anytime if needed and all managers will be alerted as well.

                        When I had a shared account, I always used the live chat option. Problems were solved generally within minutes.

                        I have a dedicated server with them and I'm very happy with them.

                          This is why I love National Net.... I think they have a five minute promise to respond to tickets. They just fucking rock.

                          Here's a way to test your hosting company.... Call them up at 3am their time and see if anyone picks up the phone.

                                like alibgone said above, nat net may have been ok but now they are simply an over priced average host, and in fact has had more downtime than just about any other host including webair.

                                    It's the same with a lot of companies though. What's good for you might not be for someone else. It's the way of the world.

                                    Oh and the 3am thing, been there done that. Email response time not sufficient either.

                                    I am now happily with my host, but I do know others that have had problems with them.
