    Question regarding Gmail default settings

    Can anyone take a quick peek at whether imap is enabled by default?

    My old email that I haven't used for a few months, is enabled and I know for a fact that I didn't do it. Only one person had access to that email account.

    Please tell me that I don't have to bust someones head in. This has gone on long enough, jeezus christ.

    I pray I'm wrong.

      Mine is off. It seems logical that the default would be off, as it has to be configured.

          It is disabled by default.
