It's a microblogging tool. I pretty much hate myspace, facebook and all those other slow-ass retarded social networking sites, but twitter is addictive. We use it to keep our members updated with what we're doing -- it definitely adds to the voyeur aspect of our sites.

Twitter = traffic. It's a way for people who are interested in what you're doing get quick updates on what the hell you're up to or thinking or viewing or pimping... you get the picture

Social sites are great for business.. pretty much all aspects of business.

I just have a hell of a time being able to find enough time to do anything with them or figure if I do have enough time then I should be creating something for myself instead.

I do use Stumble Upon, if you haven't checked it out yet, it isn't like any of the other social networks.

It's not some burdensome, slow-loading piece of redundant shit like myspace, etc. where, for anyone who already self-publishes porn sites, blogs, etc., you are just wasting time oversimplifying yourself within their lame-ass templates hoping to snag a couple of sales before you get banned for being too risque.

I love knowing what my friends & colleagues are doing and my members love hearing me tweet about my latest bowel movement or orgasm or whatever.
