    Chargebacks CCBILL

    Hi,
    I would like to ask something, I have some members who is charging back,
    because they forgot to cancel etc...
    Is CCBILL fighting those people somehow?

    SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

    Not much they can do. Whats really fun is when a customer calls in, gets a refund from ccbill to their card, THEN chargeback on top of it. So now I just paid THEM for having access to my sites. And its not ccbill's fault there as their is nothing they can really do against a charge back pushed through when the customer goes into the bank to do it.

      They have a department that fights those, and I hear wins a lot of the cases.

      However YOU do not get that credit on the win.

        Good to know this, because for example Verotel, send me email
        that someone charged back 7 times. One single, and 6 rebills!

        That were really nice emails

          You get those sometimes.

          I have had the same from CCB where granny did not know some dude/kid stole her credit card and had to eat it for 6 months. It happens.

          But most billing companies, from what I have found, fight those. Win a lot of them. But they charge you for the chargeback, and you do not get the money back if they win the fight.
