    Possibly because they're both owned by the same parent company. Wouldn't be the first time one parent company owned more than one program.

                    Well done, but you'd be amazed how many other companies are doing the same, sometimes it's even less obvious but still the same company. It's simple: Fresh programs and fresh sites attract webmasters who push them, so launching new programs with new sites simply makes you more money than adding the 20th site to an existing program...not a general rule, but it's done alot. It's nothing shady, it's marketing.
