I noticed a couple of months ago that a lot of the shit I was receiving, suddenly stopped.

I had an email address on one box that got hit non-stop all day, and I would estimate that 75% of it magically disappeared. I constantly got those stock market emails and the Viagra/Cialis shit with every letter written in a different table. I figured somebody must have gotten the plug pulled.

Its hard to believe that a US host was sending that much out. I would think they would have been cut off way earlier.

How incredibly hilarious and timely! Corey and I were just having a discussion about how much less mail we received today......

I'm so used to deleting spam every 5-10 minutes (just the ones that get through filters) that with today being so quiet I was thinking maybe something was in fact wrong

                (crossing fingers)

i was just thinking today about the huge decrease in spam i've been getting - i figured my ISP got new filtering software or something.
I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

Incredible news. My gmail spam has decreased a good deal, but MSN spam has increased.

It actually just seems to good to be true so it probably is... I'm down more than 60% today in received spam, I'd go so far as to say 85%.
