It got good reviews. I am still finishing up Metal Gear Solid 4 but I might pick up "World at War" soon.

I'm only on level 41 on COD 4...I won't even think about upgrading until I reach the max 55.

Zombie mode is fun as hell. I unlocked it this morning and was blasting away at those zombie Nazi bastards. haha.

Overall it's not too bad. Game play is pretty much exactly the same as COD 4. The campaign so far on veteran is MUCH tougher then on COD 4. Sadly the 4 things that COD should take out of the multiplayer is still there, some even more so (last stand, martyrdom, juggernaut and noobtubes). Coop is really challenging on veteran. Ranks for the multiplayer now go to 65 instead of 55 and you get more spots for custom classes as you reach certain prestige levels (up to 10).

kinda wish they kept with the modern warfare aspect

Just my but

last stand - should be taken out on hardcore as it's a one shot kill map set
martyrdom - you shit a grenade after a head shot?
juggernaut - if you need to take more bullets before you die then try getting better at the game instead
noobtubes - fine on larger maps but being able to fire these into a spawn is ridiculous

I guess I'm just more of a purest on shooter type games and am more then happy with just gun vs gun.

Oh yeah and nothing as close quarters as a shipment type map. Though shipment on headquarters was grenade HELL on COD 4.

It's really COD4.5

If you like COD4 and think that a WWII setting is cool, you will like the game.

If you don't like the old time weapons, you won't get much out of it you didn't already see in COD4.
