The main thing is its Vista without the overhead so it should run way better on netbooks.

oh yeah... its almost as nice as something that has trouble running games and other things normal people use their computers for....

Mac's are only good for graphics and video guys. MOST people the PC is simply better. (cheaper and no compatibility worries)

Ubuntu is better than OSX BUT wine doesn't work all that well.

As soon as an RC comes out for windows 7 I'm installing it and using it on my main system for at least 30 days just like I've done with all the other major OS's.

Yeah. Vista was gonna be fucking awesome too, and we got a slower-than-shit desktop that is almost as functional as OSX 10.3.
