I have been having a lot of trouble finding a skilled programmer, seems the only reputable sites or individuals I can find all only work with non porn projects. Can anyone recommend a good Programmer or Program Studio (if that even exists) that will work with adult programs?

That's simple. The reason why most programmers are dealing with non-adult is because for some reason when you develop a system used for porn the development process goes like this:
developer makes prototype, company uses prototype as-is, developer gets laid off, company runs the said-prototype into the ground, company then realizes the difference between prototype, beta, etc and hires another programmer...and the cycle repeats
There is no money to be made in porn...if you're a developer (reputable/honorable that is...of course you can always find dirty work).

Sorry, I guess I can see the problems you guys have with adult. Yet I have tried to make this easy by creating a temple in html so we can cut out some of the guessing. All that I really need is some template alteration to a script, and maybe a bit of css help in setting up the advertisement zones.

I can not afford to pay a full time employee at this time, but I do agree that keeping your program regularly updated is very important.

he is by far the best....but no even close to the cheapest....he's a real quality programmer, he's done some real robust stuff for me & my clients
