We were walking down Central Park Ave and saw this glass square with an Apple logo. Went and looked down into the store and could not believe it. I had to at least go take a look.

Chronologically, Windows 3.1x was 1991/ (3.11 was 1992); Windows 95 gained fairly 'full' acceptance by 1997, even the last holdouts for Windows 98 Second Edition was about 1999 which was less than a decade ago.
