VEROTEL processing dead this weekend???

    VEROTEL processing dead this weekend???

    Hi to all off you,

    since yesterday (saturday) the Verotel sign-up server seems to have big problems, almost no new sign-ups for our sites since then...

    In the moment they seem to be dead at all - DNS error in Internet Explorer - no signup pages, no control center... Only ticketsclub seems to work ...

    Anyone else experiencing this kind of problems??

    Don't they have a 24h data center surveyance on weekends???

    Any reply of PRO webmasters appreciated, please check your sales stats over the weekend if possible :-))

        Bump and Good Luck for an answer from Verotel.

        They do a great job of ignoring webmasters and tech support requests.

            I had an issue two weeks ago on Friday. I e-mailed them. Within an hour it was corrected.

            Must be I just have the 'magic e-mail' called [email protected] ....

              This is no generalization, nor is it the first time Verotel has displayed very poor customer service.

              I have two support issues that have gone without a response and one that DID get a response that said it would take up to a week to look into.

              Keep in mind these are transaction type issues that should be very easy to fix.

              Perhaps you can get them to answer everyone elses tech issues in an hour - lol

              My prediction is that Verotel will not respond.

                I am not saying they are perfect toots. Neither is CCB, or others I have used in the past.

                There have been more complex issues that have taken a day, or couple to resolve. However, I PICK UP THE PHONE and CALL THEM when e-mail is not moving fast enough.

                Novel concept, I know, but they do have phone support.

                  Today and yesterday down a bit for us but I didn't notice any DNS issues until I started getting the emails from verza rather than verotel yesterday.

                  As others say call them if it is a fundamental problem. I can't say I've ever had any serious support issues in the 6+ years we have used them.

                  I will admit Verotel can be puzzling...If they would do anything to modernize their system we would all profit. Even updating the join pages would probably get us an extra 10%, and a better affiliate system would gain everyone even more.
