    Clip.COM

    clips.com downtime and hardware maintenance.

    Clips.com Providers

We have experienced a hardware issue which has required us to take the
site temporarily offline. We are working diligently to restore the site.
The process of restoring this information may take up to several days,
but we anticipate that all files will be back with the exception of
files that were in the process of uploading on 10/21 when this issue
    started.

We do maintain a full backup of all data on the site to prevent the
    possibility of data loss.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact feel free to
contact me directly by email or icq.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused, and assure you
that we are doing everything that we can to have the site up and running
    as soon as possible.

No problem. Everyone goes apeshit, and throwing up bat signals on GFY about people going out of business, and all this other madness when these things happen. Thought I would save the drama for yo momma.

              We do this as well.

unfortunately restoring 14 TB takes a few days.

the databases and servers are all fine. it's the storage devices that went apeshit.

I know what you are talking about James.
We had this shit 4 times already the last few years.
                  And it sucks big time.
Why does hardware never do what you expect from it at these prices.
