OK i need a dedicated server, windows, dont care much about specs.. just basic.. I need windows....BUT i need lot of IPS.. like 50-100IPS and they cant all be on the same class.. Maybe 5-10IPS per class..

How much?

I basically want to turn the server into a "proxy", so i can connect to any of the ips thru another computer and browse the internet thru it =)
