Looking For A Script For LIVE HELP !!!

I'm getting ready to launch my new mainstream portfolio and want to add a LIVE HELP button so if clients write I see it (I have found icq confuses my mainstream clients).. Does anyone know a script to do this .. I would like to have my own platform that pops up on my pc when a client writes .. Maybe even have it SMS my cell phone if I'm not at my PC ... Thanks in advance .. I would also like to skin the program with my logo/design..

I used to use CraftySyntax a while back. It has a desktop client. Not sure about the SMS though. But it's free and open source...realyl easy to modify and change graphics/logos, etc..
