i need a batch optimizer!

i need a quick & dirty jpg optimizer. image ready doesn't have one built in anymore? i dunno, having some troubles, don't feel like installing imageready 1.0.

preferrably something free, but something that's good at its job.

trialware works too i guess.

unless someone knows how to do batch jpg optimization in imageready 7... i can't figure it out.

Actually I just got finished writing a jpg optimizer in Visual Basic.NET.

Awesome compression!

Better than most of the commercial web based jpg optimizers out there.

Currently it's just a .dll on a Web Server running as the upload/resizing/compression/file renaming utility for an adult site, but I won't have time to put it in a desktop batch application for a few weeks or so.

I'm thinking of charging $19.95 a copy for either the .dll to use on a Server, or as a Desktop Batch app

might try that ulead stuff. ulead is usually pretty good. tying out xat.com's image optimizer 3.5, seems pretty good so far.
