Good, it's about time. People that build real sites with real content shouldn't have to compete with people that buy up a domain, throw a FPA on it, and clog up the listings with shit.

Has not worked for my keywords either, spammers are still cloaking thousands of pages on tons (prolly hundreds of domains)
and for some terms they are listed for freaking like the first 10
results or so....

Also, even though it might seem like a waste of time, be sure to report cloaked sites and such to Google at http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html It takes time but I have to say, it does look like they actually do something about it.

Nothing wrong with having all of the first page of results IMHO as long as those results go to actual sites, not redirects or crap like that.

Didn't work in my favour at all. I went from top 5 in all my
targeted searches to being replaced by "search results for XXXX"
type pages.

Google programmers, eliminate relavant pages
and replace them with reams of extra false and 404 search
results. Now by the time they get down to 10 - 15 they'll
be so pissed off at the world, they'll give their credit card to
me! The first guy in the search with any content.

google is majorly fucked up when it comes to PHP indexing and PHP redirection, I mean how the hell do you get from indexing www.mydomain.com/ to some page like https://www.mydomain.com/mydomain/an...tersite.html??
