Thanks, but almost 22 hours now and still down. I don't think that has ever happened with revsharehosting before. I'm sure I'm not the only one on this board who is hurting.

Yes, the revsharehosting site is available. It's not the same for the sites hosted there, at least for me. I know they have an issue with their main server and they are working on it but I hope we don't get banned from link lists and tgp pages that see our sites offline.

Heres the kicker.. I just got a sale from one of my sites hosted with them...

hmmm, what the hell does this mean? Maybe the config of the server is only allowing certain IPs or domains to access... Cause obviously - some are getting through with no problem.

I'm getting clicks to my sites hosted with revsharehosting (a lot lower to what I would usually get) if I check my clickcash stats, for example. Some people are obvisouly able to connect, others not. I wish this mess was fixed already.

Have to wonder how many of you are seeing cached pages and that why appears down for you and not others.

Have you tried with and without www or clearing your cache?

It seems to be an ISP problem. Comcast seems to be the only ISP doing this... can anyone confirm that RSH sites aren't working on an ISP other than Comcast?

A tracert shows the IP (209.197.3.119) which belongs to Highwinds Network Group, Inc. I know nothing about them, but the surprising thing there is that it is not National Net.

I'm sorry I haven't posted in this thread yet, but as you can imagine we have been very busy.

On Friday night, we renumbered our servers with new IP space and ran into a few propagation issues and there are still a few ISP's that have yet to update but that is quickly getting resolved, even though it is totally out of our hands.

I want to make sure everyone knows that I am available and reachable no matter what. Here is my contact info in the event of an emergency:

Email: [email protected] (this a Go Daddy account and i've answered every email)
Support: [email protected] (our guys have answered every support ticket)

If you are still unable to reach your sites, the good news is that most of the world can, and this is why you are getting sales and traffic. Please let me know if you cannot see your sites, and more importantly, let me know who your ISP is. I can't necessarily do anything to fix propagation issues, but I'm willing to try.

Let me close by saying thank you to the 3,500 loyal customers who have stayed calm and patient as we've worked through this issue. You are the reason me and our guys haven't slept in two days and you make it all worthwhile.

Shit happens. I have been using revsharehosting for more than 5 years now. NEVER I had to complain until a couple days ago. They are still top notch IMO.

There have been several threads about it, at least one of which included an email explaining the situation and how it was being handled. So I suspect you were emailed, but it may have been overlooked by you.
