I dunno about the memory thing. Everything here is 256mb + for ram. Clear the cache in you browser, and yes, reboot. If you have Win 95/98 then 6 weeks is about 41 too many days without a reboot.
I'ill bet from my end your page loaded completely in about 2 seconds. Mind you, I just clocked a 2.8mbps download from an FTP server over cable.
