An open source solution for a paysite review script?

I really would like to have an open source solution for a paysite review site script. Though, I would settle for something cheap. All I really need is something that I can put in the name of the paysite (title) and some text below that. Also the ability to make categories. Being able to add a screenshot would be nice, but not necessary.

Wordpress. In addition, you can use the More Fields plugin to create a custom review criteria (like adding value scores for Content, Value, Navigation, and etc).

Joomla has some nice review components. That or you could just modify wordpress to do it.
