about paycom

I've been using paycom for almost 2 years now. I noticed they are 2 sided.. they allow some one spamming to do whatever they want and not have to comply with 1 term! I sent in over 50 complaints to this site about them spamming me and they do nothing!

Anyone else here tried to get 1 day free trials that convert to recurring and get terned down? I did... my sites have been doing really well for the past 2 years and i have over 5,000 members. I was told 1 day free trials are to much of a risk of "charge backs" yet they allow this site to have them and not even comply with 1 damn term! Talk about charge backs... the member doesn't even know where to go to cancel. They keep on and keep on spamming me from stolen AOL accounts and im sick and tired of it. I email paycom everytime I get a spam from them and NEVER gotten a responce. Tell me what's up with this shit.. Seems like they would rather have spammers then us legit webmasters.

Their site is even double charging the members to sign up twice to the same site. Try to sign up to the site.. and get billed again with the ez_click. If this isn't wrong some one tell me what is?

I'm not going to debate SPAM with you. However, we do respond to spam complaints and I can bet there are plenty of Paycom clients who will tell you that we do because they've received notices. And that means some of the biggest programs too. I address you as J.W. because of the email I received from you this morning. It has already been seen by the compliance department and the President of the company so you should get your facts straight before making any judgements. Further, the program mentioned in your complaint has already been contacted.

As for who and who is not allowed to offer free trials or EzClick sales, the decision is made based on several factors including your credit and chargeback ratios and ratio of billing support inquires and past compliance issues if any. If you want to request a particular product option then send it to me and I will take a look at it.

One more thing... there are NOT double charges for the same site for the program you mention. There are three sites being offered on this sale. EzClick is a scaled down version of a shopping cart. It works.
