Invite Only Programs

Looks like you have made up you mind already and not going to listen for any advise. Good luck than I really mean it. I've seen much weirder and less logical (than invite only programs) ventures to succeed, only because their founding farthers believed what they do is right.

I am listening to input on those who've run invite only programs.

I've been in this for 11 years now. Producing my own for 4 or 5 now. I've tried many traffic sources, and done many of the 'tricks'. Obviously, as my ratios show, I have figured out what works.

Making assumptions on what I have, or have not decided based on your 'tips' is flawed. But thanks for your time toots. You and Robbie have provided feedback many can use.

You do not need to understand this attitude, you just need to know it is there

Don't you WANT to know the people who run the site you promote? don't you WANT to know that they are paying attention and willing to work with you?


Yes you may not want to know who is there behind the program, if your idea is to throw several of their galleries into rotation and see how it goes. If you work with the program long enough and doing well with it, than maybe you'll want to chat with the people behind it. But until that there's often just nothing to talk about. Why bother than?

Heh-heh...I just realized I'm one of your dead affiliates. Just swamped with shit. Looks like I sent you about 4000 hits a few years ago and made a little over $1600 And then kinda forgot about it. Do you guys send out emails with your newest promo tools? Like hosted galleries and such? I have all my CC Bill accounts merged into one big one that has almost 200 cash programs in it. And CC Bill has such a bad admin area...I'd love to get back on the ball with you if you guys send out affiliate emails.

We usually send e-mails only when there's a new site added to the program, or when there are major news available such as stats upgrade etc. No new galleries e-mailed automatically yet - we plan to do that, but for now you need to setup it manually, if you wish new galleries to get sent to your e-mail address every week.

Our galleries mailer is quite flexible but maybe a bit too complex, so you can simply e-mail me what galleries do you want to receive, I'll configure it for you myself (support ferrocash com).

Lightspeed, last I knew, wasn't invite only. But you had to still be approved. I remember a few years back they decided to start doing more brand management and took that step.
