Any good sites to get general dating templates where I can change out the design aspects, have the scripting already there and maybe even be geo targeted? I'm looking for something simple to throw together for one of my domains just for fun

I have used it and its pretty good for a free script. You can also purchase $5.00 skins and other addons for it -
you'd probably be better off using a social networking script these days
