Exit Management Script needed

does anyone know of any off the shelf - exit mgmt scripts?

basically we want to put a script (preferably php- but doesn't matter too much) on our sites - so that it knows which of our sites the surfers has been previously and therefore, where to exit him to next.

for example:

lets say we have 3 tiers.

1. site a
2. site b
3. site c

the surfer starts on siteA. the popup would go to siteB...then if he exits again they get sent to siteC

now let's say the surfer starts on site B....because site A is listed as the first tier, they are then sent to site A. from there they are exited to site C (of course they don't go to site B cuz they originated from there).

please lmk if there is anything out there already similar to this. raw/unique exit stat tracking is a plus.

i've seen very elaborate j a v a s c r i p t exit chains which do that. I think a j a v a s c r i p t coder could do it easy for you, guess it would use a cookie.

This is not one of our turn key scripts be we have an exit system program/script that has most of these features plus a couple more :D.
