Browser Usage Stats - Biz thread.

Here's my Browser Usage Stats on my main porn/surfer site. Are you guys seeing about the same? I haven't looked in awhile. Surprised that IE 6.0 is hanging on so strongly. Can I install 6.0 separately from 7.0 on the same machine to check my pages/html on? All my computers are SP3 now. Thanks in advance, and sorry for the boobless thread.

I installed it to check my pages, but didn't like it too much. Change is bad. I've got my FF fine-tuned with all my add-ons.

Thanks man. I think I'll do this on the 4th computer (video rendering only), so I don't screw anything up.

It's all local folders; you don't register a DLL or anything. When you're done, just drag to the trash and empty it. It probably leaves a few old bits in the registry, but Microsoft shit does that anyhow.

hmm i doubt it, it'll probably get about 10% if that. it's more of a novality browser, if you're not a google geek then you wont know about it. IE comes pre-install on all windows PCs. I dont see IE ever losing the browser war unless they're forced to remove IE or to add all competitor browser to windows.

Google will over take the browser market if they go across more platforms. It's not about the geek market when you have youtube, myspace, digg, ect, they have the attention of the entire Internet. A few more years, Google OS and browser, will be on computers being built, phones, and so on.

FF, was moving up to hurt IE pretty bad until the last two releases. FF kinda went to shit and IE picked up the ball, a little. Years of releases though and FF still gained in the market - that's bad news for IE.

If FF is able to take 20% - Google will own 50% - as long as that browser stays fast.
