Question for WordPress users

I'm trying to edit some posts but this thing keeps trying to correct my code and guess what I'm trying to do... so instead of saving the code I input, it is constantly leaving tags out that I specifically wanted.

How do I get it to stop doing this? It's driving me nuts.

Okay, next question... at the bottom of my site I want it to link to the next page of results. Right now it is not showing that link. Is this something that is built in to the theme I chose? Should I choose another theme or simply modify it? Or is this an option available in the admin?

you can just find a theme that has it and take the code
