Need help cleaning mail folder!!!

I let my inbox grow to an ammount of 14k mails.

I just kept saying to myself tommorow I will clean it and so on and on.. Now its soo big I don't know where to start.

How do you guys ussually go at it??

If you`re using a client like Outlook, click on the "From" and/or "Subject" columns and you will list all the spam crap that arrives alphabetically (so from the same name for example "Pharmacy Reminder").

It should mean you can erase 1000`s of emails within a few hours.
