Is there a program you can feed a bunch of vid clips, and it automatically takes a screen shot of the first frame of each clip?

You don't even have to feed it.... I think IRFan view will automatically do snapshots of your directories that have .mpg in them I'm not sure about other formats. Its freeware. Download it here: http://www.tucows.com/mmedia/adnload/194967_75076.html
