The only thing good about huge fake tits on a slender young belly buttoned ringed girl like that is that they are a good indicator that she has low self esteem and places major emphasis on her looks, and that she probably was molested or abused and has daddy issues, so therefore she will make a good nude model, stripper and/or porn star who will probably also let herself be molested by horny older pervs who show her the right combination of attention and money. It's not always 100% that way, but often enough to make the generalization.
