If you increase the vibration of the electricity in the wall, you can touch it without getting hurt. You can do it to anything, increase the vibration of something enough, you can put your hand through a wall without hurting it or yourself.

We have technology like this coming out in about 2-3 weeks based around the exact theory they are using, we aren't turning light bulbs on though. I guess we are a bit past the 3rd grade
