    Storing Snippets of Code

I built this little app lastnight.

Could use some realworld beta testing if anyone is interested.

    http://www.vbasic.net/studio/desktop/codebank/

    It has some neat features.

Click the link above for a few more screenshots.

Can vbasic send info to forms on webpages?

If so... you oughta make a good avs submitter, sorta like Roboform or FormWhiz, but... that will log into the members area, and fill in the info for ya... that was specified in the program. =)

Im sure you'd make some good sales... ;)

And I know I need one, lol

Ya... its just a bit overpowered for what I need to tho...

I like the submit features, and such... but... I can't warrant spending $400 on something I'd feel good spending $100 on...

I make my avs sites by hand pretty much... just cut/paste template files where they need to go, and edit it...

Plus, my avs sites are all graphic...

Nobody EVER reads that front page correctly.

            It's NOT $400, it's $1k. My cheap ass competition is $400. ;>

Ah well, not like it matters, I'm gonna stop selling it soon. Too much support work, not enough time. ;>

            Cheers,

Sorry... and if you read into it that I think its anything but a great program from the reviews, and knowing you...

I'm even sorrier. =) Just pointing out what I need, and what yours does... =P

No point in buying a badass ferrari if all I want is the keychain. =D

                    Tips to better codeBank:

1.) Wider UI (for the code area textbox)
2.) After you save, the textboxes should be empty and the focus sent to the top textbox =)
3.) Right click on the second textbox shouldn't ONLY have "New", the regular popup menu should be shown (Cut, Copy, Select all, Delete, etc).

                    So far so good
                    sekz.
