Bad Experience

Just a quickie, buddy of mine had a really bad experience with www.tannercreative.com . Paid them $100 upfront to make a website better than the one he already had, and despite the really cool flash and design on the tannercreative site, he decided to make little to no changes to what my friend had hacked together and give him a finished product on par with your typical 10th grade web project.

I guess the real lesson is, don't pay up front to people you don't know.

I guess it's a case of "you get what you pay for". Be happy it was only 100 dollars!

$100? That's 5 hours of work. What can you do in 5 hours.
I don't know how webdesigners work around here, I have a friend who has done webdesign for many years, and I know he will continue changing the final product untill the customer is happy with the design. Comes with the deal and you pay for it.

For $100 you could buy a semi-unique template for a site.
